Who is GBW?
We are experts in providing feedback on customer experiences to our clients. We organize auditors to go to a client’s store, introduce themselves as a representative from GBW and audit the store. We then ask our auditors to report back to us with the details of the audit online. Auditors will be paid for their service and compensated according to the requirements when completing an audit.
This feedback will then be used to improve our client’s services to their customers!
GBW has a wide range of clients from all over the world. We are now looking for retail auditors who can complete assignments for one of our esteemed clients, Shell Petroleum.
What is involved in the Shell audit program? |

The Shell audit program involves a 4-step process:
 Step 1. Visit the designated petrol station
Step 2. Introduce yourself as a GBW Auditor
Step 3. Audit the store
Step 4. Submit your Report Online

You will be reimbursed up to RM40 to RM65 for this assignment. In order to complete these assignments, you need to be interested in customer service, over 18 years old and have a professional attitude!
Remember that this does not restrict you to only shop Specsavers... you now have the opportunity to shop all our clients!
