We're a Customer Experience Management agency, which means that we're experts in providing feedback on customer experience. We organize 'mystery shoppers' to enter a client's store, test the service, seek assistance, make a purchase and then report back to us with the details. Rest assured that we will compensate the cost according to the requirements when completing a mystery shop.

This feedback will then be used to improve our client’s services to their customers!

GBW has a wide range of clients from all over the world. We are now looking for mystery shoppers who can complete assignments for one of our renowned Optical clients. We have various scenarios for Optical assignments as below:

Single-Vision and Multi-Focal Shopping Program

What is involved in the Optical Single-Vision and Multi-focal shopping program?

The Optical Single-Vision and Multi-focal program involves a 4-step process:
 
Step 1. Make An Appointment Over the Phone

Step 2. Visit the Store for the Eye Test and Order the Glasses

Step 3. Collect your Glasses and Receipt

Step 4. Submit your Report Online
 

Payments for these assignments is as below:

  • Single-Vision Shopping Program: You will be reimbursed up to AUD $200 or NZ $310 (based on requirements)

  • Multi-focal Shopping Program: You will be reimbursed up to AUD $350 or NZ $450 (based on requirements)

In order to complete these assignments, you must have an existing need to wear prescription glasses.


Contact Lenses Shopping Program

What is involved in the Optical Contact Lenses shopping program?

The Optical Contact Lenses program involves a 4-step process:

Step 1. Make An Appointment Over the Phone

Step 2. Visit the Store With Your Prescription and Order the Contact Lenses

Step 3. Collect your Contact Lenses and Receipt

Step 4. Submit your Report Online

Payment For Contact Lenses Shopping Program:

  • For Contact lenses assignment, you will be reimbursed up to AUD $85 or NZ $110(based on requirements).

Remember that this does not restrict you to only shop Optical clients. You now have the opportunity to shop all our clients!
